Can I return my items?

Yes, we accept returns on all our dogs walk wear, on below conditions.

  1. All items must return in original condition and packaging with product tag still attached. please DO NOT attach any ID tags to collars, if you are returning. 
  2. Returns must made within 25 days of receiving your order. Please contact us on email below. (customer is responsible for shipping fees).

Yes, we accept returns on our water bottles, on below conditions.

       1.  Water Bottle must return in original condition/packaging and must NOT have been used.              

       2.  Returns must made within 25 days of receiving your order. Please contact us on email below.  
          (customer is responsible for shipping fees).

NO, we do not accept returns on ID Tags.

All ID tags are made and personalized to order. Unfortunately, these can not be sold on. If you receive a damaged or faulty ID Tag, please contact us within 5/7 days of receiving your order. If we feel the tag and has been damaged by not following our care advice, no refund will be issued. 

Please note, all retuned item must be in original packaging and will be inspected upon return. All returns are customers responsibility and must be tracked.

What if my order is damaged?

Can I exchange my item?

unfortunately, we do not offer exchange. The order will need to be returned in original condition (as outlined above). All postage fees to be paid by customer.
